When I received an email that my PCP, Dr. Phillips, is leaving the primary care office, I couldn't have been more saddened by the news. He is the most caring and kind doctor I have ever met. Dr. Phillips truly cares about his patients, always taking the time to listen and provide the best care possible. His compassion and dedication to his patients are unmatched. I am very happy with the care I received from him, and he will be greatly missed. Thank you, Dr.Phillips, for everything!
Most likely the best PCP I've ever had. I have worked in healthcare for many years, so I know how rare it is to find someone who is both an excellent clinician and a genuinely kind and caring person. I totally trust him with my medical care, but he is also very down to earth. No need to play telephone tag, as he responds quickly to questions via Patient Gateway.
I needed a new primary care doctor and chose Dr. Phillips off the internet (to be honest). First, the office is really convenient to get to and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Dr. Phillips was wonderful! We spent a lot of time reviewing my medical history and he asked a lot of appropriate personal questions so that I really felt like he cared. His advice regarding my medical issues was on-target (IMO), reasonable and well-explained. Great PCP's are hard to find so all-in-all, I feel like I hit the jackpot.
Dr. Phillips is a really good M.D. and a nice, relatable person. Clinically, he's tops, all of the paper any Wellesley M.D. is expected to have. More importantly, he's an easy person to talk to, he listens. He offers advice in a nonpatonizing manner. He's a great primary care physician, and a nice guy.
Dr. Jeffrey Phillips is the Dr we were always looking for. We were lucky at the time 2 of our other dr offices were closing moving far away and once again we were forced to look for another dr for the 2nd time. Dr Phillips and the the entire staff and team he works with are what we were always looking for and didn't know it existed.
