Jeff Holdcraft has been my dentist for 30 years. I won't go to anyone else. Thank you, Jeff! You're the best!
At the office the dentist said my wife had SIX cavities. I thought that seemed abnormally high, so i took her to another dentist to get a second opinion. That dentist said my wife had zero cavities. Then, Dr. Holdcrafts office called asking when my wife would like to schedule an appointment to fill SEVEN cavities. At this point I knew they where lying to increase business. So we switched, and have been happy.
I have seen dentist Dr.J Holdcraft a few times. he is very aggressive & has a BIG attitude with bad manners towards his patients. i am not pleased at all with his way of treating his customers i would not recommend him to anyone not even an animal his work is ok but very pricey his office staff is a ding bats that can't spell and has to ask customers how to spell glad that he is no longer going to be my Dentist. and i only hope that he will be no one elses dentist either.
I thought I was going to have my tooth pulled because it hurt bad and looked rotted. I didn't have the money for a root canal so I thought I would have to have it extracted. Dr. Holdcraft said that he should be able to save it but it might need a root canal if he started drilling and it went to the nerve. Dr. Holdcraft was very careful and I ended up not needing a root canal and he saved my tooth. Everyone at the office was professional and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.
The staff is always changing. They have little idea of what to do and they have always messed up the billing. The doctor is almost always late, i hate to be kept waiting. The office is freezing cold, remember to take a jacket into the office.
He is awesome. I really like him. I've had a couple of different dentists and Jeff is really exceptional.
Very professional and made me feel comfortable in understanding the treatment needed and the procedures done. Was very thorough when doing several restorations in my mouth. I left his office feeling very satisfied.
Dr Holdcraft knew I was very very afraid of going to the dentist, I would make apointments and miss them because of my fear. His staff called and talked me into going. One of my big fears is the needle, I needed alot of work done and going from past experence I was very afraid. He filled 4-5 of my teeth, installed a cap, and pulled a wisdom tooth. Great Staff! Dr. Holdcraft is friendly and does great work. He and his staff are very concerned about pain management. They express a genuine concern for the well being of their patients.
