Was with this doctor for 29 years. He is not the doctor that will go out of his way at all for you. You always get the feeling thst he’s too important to call a patient when it is reasonable and requires him directly. . You only get office staff and they ghost your calls and messages. I deeply regret we stayed with him that long. He is not the doctor that will advocate for his patients. Office staff is rude and snotty. Quite honestly the rudest front desk I’ve ever come across and I literally go into over 100+ practices a week for work. Becca and whoever the heck the glasses girl is- extremely rude. Find new office staff- it’s ruining your reputation.
Pay your bill immediately or you’ll get dropped. No phone call, no nothing, just a certified letter and cancelled appointment. Doctor Tomlin seems like a competent and decent doctor, but this practice is a little extreme. Read the reviews, not the first time their billing department has lost a patient.
Tomlin and Kiley are great but the front office and billing are awful. Get a new billing dept. You have lost my business for good due to your awful billing department. Editing review to respond: You didn't notify me that you had canceled my appointment. I took off work and drove 25 minutes to your office to find out my appointment was canceled. They will charge you $50 if you call and cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance. Even if you call and leave a message with their answering service that morning prior to the ever so pleasant receptionist get in. So, if you have appointment you better keep it. They don’t understand that life happens, especially with three young children. Out $50. Services are average, but their customer service/receptionist are well below par.
