I met Dr Schiff few months ago. I was wearing a Cathator and was in Urinary Retention. Dr Schiff ran some tests and suggested Aquablation Surgery. Well I had it last Thursday. I was nervous but him and his staff made me feel comfortable. The surgery was about an hour and I was released the same day. 5 days later which is today Feb 24th I went back for post surgery follow up. Dr. Schiff is Great! It was my husband's first time. Beginning to end, it was 5 Stars Above and Beyond! The assistant Lowita was very friendly, kind, and helpful! Dr. Schiff was more than that, he gave a warm Welcome! He was very Understanding! Patient! and very Professional! Also, very thorough with examination and tests. Any disease is a difficult time. Dr. Jefftey T. Schiff is who Cares, and you need to treated by. A very comfortable visit, and any wait is worth waiting for him! Fran C.
It was an interesting visit. Dr. Seemed nice, answered all our questions. It was the patients first visit. No vitals were taken, I don't recall patient being spoken to directly. The scribe had notes on the visit of weight, physical exam, etc. I presume all these notes were based on just looking and guessing as I don't recall the patient being touched. My husband came to see this doctor two times, but never again. I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I visited Dr. Schiff expecting professionalism and care, but unfortunately, I left feeling dismissed and unheard. He's one of the worst doctors I've seen. Avoid seeing this doctor. He can damage your health
