I got Mr. Wilson's name through a legal membership I pay for. I figured I better make use of it, right? I called because I had questions about a Living Trust for my husband and me. I really didn't even know what a Living Trust or what a Will really did. Am I supposed to have one? or the other? or both? It's very confusing.
