Very disappointed in my visit. Followed all prep instructions. Told nurse on 3rd floor that I had gone 3-4 times. This included once on the 3rd floor. I did not know what color it was. Tried to go again around noon or so. No luck, procedure was canceled. Not one doctor spoke with me or looked at me. Felt more could have been done to make it happen.
Love OSu. Highly efficient, professional, and service oriented.
Dr Wenzke and all of the staff including anesthesiologist and nurses were fantastic!!! Highly recommend!!
Everyone was wonderful! Was informed step by step what was occurring from the time I was taken back to the time I was walked out. I felt taken care of!
