My mother had a shoulder replacement by Dr Jeff Postma and he exceeded all of her expectations. He listened to all of her concerns and after having the surgery she says she is pain free and has full use of her arm and shoulder. We would highly recommend him.

The Doctor seems OK. I didn't agree with his decision and allowed myself to ba talked into treatment I didn't agree with. My mistake. The scheduling process has been the problem. His scheduler called several times to remind me about labs, then when I show, the order wasn't even in the system. My time is important. My time was wasted. Find some more competent staff.
