The Doctor seems OK. I didn't agree with his decision and allowed myself to ba talked into treatment I didn't agree with. My mistake. The scheduling process has been the problem. His scheduler called several times to remind me about labs, then when I show, the order wasn't even in the system. My time is important. My time was wasted. Find some more competent staff.
Dr Postma is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and caring doctors I have ever met.

I had two hip replacements done by Dr. Jeffrey Postma and it was the best thing I ever did one thing he guaranteed me that I wouldn’t be in any pain anymore and he kept his word.
I had a cortisone injection that didn't work. So I made an appointment to see the Dr. again. They called the day of my appointment and said that they would give me a gel injection, but that I needed to wait for 2 weeks for authorization. Ok, so they made an appointment for 2 weeks. The day before my appointment they call me and tell me I have to get authorization for the gel injection. So please tell me what have I been waiting for.
