This review is for the anemic folks: Dr. Owsley is your Iron Man. He took my iron deficiency seriously after my ferritin and iron saturation % plummeted, instead of going “Well, your red blood cell count and hemoglobin is normal!” (Which they were, but he still knew something was up.)
