Disrespectful with rude comments! Making fun of my afflictions or physique ! Did nothing for me ! Probably better off without his help! His student doctor gets the two stars !
Dr. Marshall is a wonderful General Practitioner. He is very thorough and thoughtful. I highly recommend him.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Extremely disappointed in both Dr. Jeffrey Marshall and the practice overall. I initially sent a message through MyChart with a question about existing sleep issues. Instead of receiving a simple response, I was told I had to schedule a telehealth appointment. I did—but no one showed up. I waited over 45 minutes past the scheduled time before being told there was an IT issue. I was rescheduled with Dr. Marshall.
