This place is a joke I had an appointment with Dr. Islas he said I would need surgery because of my severe discomfort and pain with my gallbladder, I called to see the status of paperwork and they told me I'm not having surgery because Dr said is not necesary, either he's just getting old or staff name Carla doesn't know what she is doing.
They never answered they never return calls. Their system is horrible. I’m trying to schedule an appointment for 5 days already. No answer nothing.
I was so disappointed with Dr. Islas staff. I called everyday for a week to schedule an appointment for my sister who is disabled. They are an office that doesn't answer the phone. Leave a message and they'll call you back during business hours. That never happened. I see some nice reviews for Dr Islas but never got the opportunity to meet him.
