Dr. Sweet is an exceptionally outstanding internist. Over the weekend, he helped me with an urgent health issue via tele-health. He called me promptly, after I spoke with IHAs urgent care nurse. Immediately, he spoke to me kindly and understandingly, almost making me feel like a family member. He then asked me very relevant questions about my symptoms, showing excellent interpersonal skills, including displaying great empathy. Everything is well managed and always on time too.
Dr Sweet and the Trinity team at Canton seem professional and courteous. They listen and make the experience as easy as possible. As someone who does not like to go to the doctor's office as long as I get to see Dr. Sweet it has been a good experience. I will not vouch for other providers, but I do give Dr. Sweet high marks.
Really great provider- he listens, is adept at a myriad of topics, and genuinely cares for the patients.
