I went for my annual physical exam and scheduled the first available appointment; when I brought up concerns he responded with "that's not the focus of this visit;" he seemed dismissive so I reviewed my after visit notes when I got home; he included wrong information for questions he never even asked so I sent him a message noting his mistakes and clarifying that his assumption was actually way off and that I had in fact been in treatment for over a year for a concern he marked as "negative" when he did not even ask about it... read more
