Hes a horrible lawyer. He missed my brothers court date, and did not give us notice that he would not be able to attend. When he showed up for the next court date, he brought the wrong file. On top of that he kept getting his cases mixed up. He told my brother to take 10 yrs considering how much he got caught with. The problem is that he wasnt in jail for drugs.Dont waste your money.
I have known Mr. Simms and his firm since 1987. I continue to recommend his firm and himself to anyone requiring serious and professional legal representation in his area. Mr. Simms has always provided my family and I with sound legal advice and guidance.
MR. SIMMS IS THE BEST LAWYER ANYONE CAN ASK FOR IF IT WASNT FOR HIM MY FIANCE WOULD PROBABLY STILL BE IN JAIL I WOULD RECCOMEND HIM TO ANYONE!!!!! HE WORKS HARD FOR YOU AND IS LOYAL ANYONE WOULD BE VERY LUCKY TO HAVE!!! SO IF YOU HAVE ANY LEGAL ISSUES LOOK HIM UP YOU WONOT REGERT IT!!!!
