Jeff was my loan officer and was truly great to work with. I really appreciated how quick and responsive he was throughout our time working together. If we ever had any questions or concerns, Jeff was always quick to help. I would surely recommend him to anyone looking to apply for a mortgage.
Jeffrey made the the entire home buying process a breeze. He is extremely professional and courteous. He made himself available to us all hours of the day. No question of ours went unanswered, nor did we feel any question of ours too simple. Jeffrey went above and beyond to put us at ease in an otherwise stressful process. He was willing to use his own personal time to resolve a last minute issue and we are so grateful we went with him.
Just closed on a mortgage for a parcel of land with Jeffrey and he made the process quick and seamless. There were a couple of challenges that appeared along the way that Jeffrey dealt with swiftly, finding solutions that kept us on track for closing. Communication was fast and responsive. Jeff Shields was extremely helpful in helping me go forward with my mortgage for a new home. I was on a strict timeline as well as we were nearing the end of our current lease and he did all he could to expedite the process.
