Listened at length. Attentive and caring.
Extremely dismissive, disrespectful, and demeaning. Failed to properly rule in or rule out MCAS. Failed to test or treat. Formal complaint has been filed.
I absolutely loved going to this Dr for my son. He was super helpful and caring, really knew what he was talking about and figured out why my son was getting so sick when he went to my moms house. He also gave me helpful tips and medicine so hopefully it keeps my baby from getting as sick as he does.
Dr Shaw is extremely knowledgeable and always makes me feel empowered in making decisions regarding my daughter’s allergy. He is so kind and friendly and we never feel rushed with our questions/concerns.
