I am forever grateful for Dr. Shall. When I went to see him I couldn't even walk because of the pain. Dr. Shall saw me quickly and ordered an MRI for that day. The following day he sat and reviewed my results and explained to me that I needed surgery. His administrative staff worked hard and quickly to process everything with my insurance. Dr. Shall was very professional and very informative, answering my questions. I would recommend him for spinal surgery. He and his staff took real good care of me, with a good end result.
Dr.Shall is an awesome doctor. He did an excellent job on my surgery and his bedside manner is impeccable. I absolutely loved my nurses at St Vincent and my care was top notch. I stayed two days after surgery and probably would have stayed a week if they let me, they were taking such good care of me ! Every person I came in contact with for my care was very nice.
Dr. Shall was able to do within one month what my 85 year old mom had been suffering with for nearly five years and 5 pain doctors. Stenosis surgery - out of the hospital the next day and completely pain free (with the exception of surgical pain) We are all so very grateful. She's not tech savvy; but she wanted you and your staff to know you literally saved her life. Thank you sir.
