I was referred to Paragon Surgical Specialists by my PCP and I have to say I was not impressed at all with this office or Dr. Schmidt. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time as requested, and with the new patient registration forms completed, but I still waited an hour for Dr. Schmidt to come into the room. At no point during the wait did anyone check on me, inform me of when the doc would be arriving, nor offer an apology.
