I have been with Dr. Jeffrey Kerr for a long time. I first met him at Eagles Physician at Lake Jeanette. I had a previous doctor before him for a number of years at the same practice. He is highly intelligent in his field, all about facts. He gives it to you in a no none sense way. I was diagnosed with diabetes on 2/17/1997. My husband has been a patient of Dr. Jeffrey Kerr for several years. Dr. Kerr helps manage my husband’s type 2 diabetes. I usually accompany my husband to his appointments and we have always been greeted with Dr. Kerr’s warm and friendly smile. During the appointment, Dr. Kerr attentively listens to any questions or concerns we may have. Called trying to get my wife an appointment. Explained she had an appointment somewhere else the end of May and I was trying to get her in somewhere sooner.Receptionist couldn't understand and ended up calling me Mr Smaty Pants.!!Very professional, Not.
This rating is not for Dr. Kerr but his staff. I’m sure he’s a great doctor. I attempted to make an appointment with Dr. Kerr for an issue I was having. I called and left two messages for the scheduler who never got back to me. I then talked to Brenda (or something like that) the receptionist who was rude but also simple. I asked her if they were not accepting new patients because no one had gotten back to me. Her response to me was “Dr. Kerr isn’t accepting any diabetic patients”. Ummm ok?
