Not impressed. He demanded my credit card info but did not discuss pricing! He barely spoke above a whisper. My son and I did not like the center or the counselor.

We were turned away due to our CERTIFIED SERVICE DOG and when I showed Jeffrey his certification, he gave us an excuse about how his landlord does not allow for dogs other than service ones. I explained he was a service dog yet he still REFUSED to see us. I would not recommend these people because lord knows what else they will turn you away for!! They says they do not discrimination but I've been shown that they do.

I asked prior to the appointment what my cost would be. Gallup said we'd discuss it at the 1st appointment and since we've met our deductible and my son's appointments are not that much, I said ok. I fill out paperwork online and go thru my history of childhood and high school, home life growing up, and into married life. I arrive at the appointment a few days later and he asks me the same questions I spent all that time on typing out my answers. The counselors at Mansfield Counseling are too of their field for counseling and assessments. I’ve witnessed first hand Jeffrey Gallup’s professionalism and his caring nature. You will be taken care of here.
