After an hour in exam room, medical assistant informed us Nurse Practitioner was too behind and my husband's appointment was being canceled. After further questioning, she stated it was because he used the restroom for 10 minutes after checking in on time and completing paperwork. The nurse practitioner was already way behind and not ready to see him in that time, she was just trying to get a patient off her schedule. No return call from office manager. This office humiliated him and didn't care

Dr. Fein is my third gastroenterologist (I am old). I am most impressed by Dr. Fein and his office staff, and am about to return for another colonoscopy under his care. I found him to be a caring person and very professional.
