I am writing this review to express my deepest appreciation and gratitude to everyone who was involved in the care of my loved one during their critical illness. I can't find enough words to convey the immense impact and heartfelt emotions I feel towards each and every one of you. When my grandson D. The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. The policies are outdated. The lack of cleanliness is unbelievable.
Horrible. No communication. The security guards at the front desk communicate more with relatives of the patients than the nurses in the recovery room. Even when security called recovery they either did not pick up the phone or put you on hold forever. How does this hospital exist??
This place is awful, poor service, results take over 2 weeks, nobody picks up the phone, and nobody is helpful, staff is rude and appt wait time is very long. Overall terrible place to get mammos.
Dr. Houten is one of the most charismatic and understanding doctors I have ever met. He understands the science and also understands the people. He advises what’s the best thing to do and then clears up any questions you may have to give you an easier process through meetings/ diagnoses(s)

Remove one star from this hospital. We had to take my late parent here (rest in peace and I'll see you again!). The night we took her, everything went well and we received a call from the ER doctor. Then they didn't call for an entire day. We had to call multiple times. They finally got back to us almost a day and a half later. Unfortunately, my dear parent succumbed to an illness a few days later. I do want to send a shout-out to ER Doctor Berman, who showed compassion. God Bless Dr. Berman. HORRENDOUS HOSPITAL!!! INCOMPETENT DOCTORS and NURSES WITH ATTITUDES. Stay clear of their Cardiac Dept especially Dr. Elliott Borgen. This incompetent, poor excuse for a Doctor should NOT BE ALLOWED to perform Angiograms, be allowed to practice medicine, and should be banned from the medical profession. He nearly killed my husband, and when I asked what happened he states “I don’t know”. My husband went in for a simple Angiogram procedure and was assured/guaraby him and several nurses that this was a safe, 1/2 hr to 45 mi... read more
