Beware. I paid a thousand dollars for this man to deny me medical care. Kaplan refused to give me care or treatment for at least two months because he said I didn't have neurological issues. He even refused to give me a simple referral to Hopkins neurology. A top Hopkins spinal surgeon referred me to Hopkins neurology for neurodegenerative myelopathy. Dr. Kaplan is a fantastic doctor! His team is the best and always super accommodating.
Dr Kaplan was my doctor since the 90’s. He is competent, knowledgeable and very personable. I always got great advice and diagnosis (good and bad) and we fought many of my ailments (ulcers, diabetes, acid reflux and cancer) together. I highly recommend Dr Kaplan and am sure any future patients will be pleased with his care
