Great old school physician!! Extremely knowledgeable!!
Beware. I paid a thousand dollars for this man to deny me medical care. Kaplan refused to give me care or treatment for at least two months because he said I didn't have neurological issues. He even refused to give me a simple referral to Hopkins neurology. A top Hopkins spinal surgeon referred me to Hopkins neurology for neurodegenerative myelopathy. Kaplan cost me time with my family and my money (single mom of two). He did this on his own whim with no discussion with his patient. None. His assistant, Patricia Burns, lied ... read more
