Very unprofessional. Poor experience. I do not recommend.
Very professional, personable, thorough, and exhibits an overall sense of genuine care.
1) Was not informed that my lenses were ready for a month when I got the bill. 2) Was asked to fill out contractual forms with impaired vision following my eye exam. 3)I thought I was making an appointment with the doctor but was examined by a non M.D. 4)The practice has punitive refund practices charging 50 percent of the cost.
Rushed eye exams consistently lead to incorrect prescriptions. Complaints about this are ignored.
