Everyone we came in contact was very helpful. Dr Smit answered all our questions and listened to our concerns.
Would not accommodate someone who has always showed up early but was 12 min late to an appt. I called ahead to let them know I had been stuck in traffic for over 30 min trying to get there. I have had to wait in the office for the doctor for over an hour during past appointments. Doesn't respect my time, but can't accommodate patients when out of control circumstances arise.
I seen Dr J. Smit for hearing and balance exam. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Smit was very understanding, listen to my concerns carefully and explained how to care for my health issues. I had sinus infection and he prescribed a medication that helped clear it up. He takes the time to listen and don't feel rushed. I recommend him to anyone. He's very good and knowledgeable.
Dr. Smit is a compassionate physician who's always committed to your health. Highly recommend.
