Great Doctor! Got me exactly what I needed. When we switched primary care, they got me and my wife plugged in seamlessly.
After being a patient at Dr. Polito’s office for over six years and being treated primarily by PA Melanie Van Lieshout, I encountered a “first.” I was essentially fired as a patient. I was having severe physical pain and was seen by PA Melanie for treatment. Melanie ordered several tests. The results of those tests, however, were explained by the girls at the front desk instead of PA Melanie. Horrible, arrogant man, impatient, rude and greedy. I am giving 2 stars for his great sleep study tech.who was very intelligent and kind.
Worst experience trying to do my first appointment with my private insurance. Super rude lady and not helpful at all. I even call my insurance company for the information she was asking me for that wasn’t necessary. They offer me to schedule the appointment to me but i decide to change doctor since clearly the treatment and this office to me would not be the best
Absolutely horrible! Unethical. Stopped my husbands care because he is driven by money, not care. My care with Dr. Polito was less than professional as well! Go somewhere else! You've been warned.
