This reply is for Annemarie 08/04/2012 I have been a patient for MANY MANY years,Dr Brook and Dr.Dunca also his staff @ Oceanside is very Professional .Services rendered at that office is TOP Quality, as you implied Fees was not accurate.You should have gone to a BRAIN SURGEON instead of Dr. Brook office.Fees is an estimate,not actual on till you received an EODB from your insurance company which will give you the actual charges. Oh may god what EODB mean,don't post like Dr. Brook and staff is over charging.It is not fear... read more
