I went to Dr. Pua upon the recommendation of my general practitioner. The majority of the first visit was spent with him showing me youtube videos and handing me paperwork with more videos to watch. I have a daughter with special needs with whom I have been to myriad doctors and NEVER have any of them treated her using youtube.
