Super duper long wait - over 3 hours. No concern for patients waiting in the waiting room while staff go in and out with their lunches. Billing staff won't tell you prices of services and procedures, so in the end, you end up agreeing to the procedures, without knowing how much they cost. They will just send a surprise hefty bill about a month and a half later. Genetic counselor was great - spent about 10 minutes with us. But we waited a whole 3 hours just for that. Poor horrible customer service. From secretary to biller. Only geneticcounselor was nice. Whoever schedules 20 million patients in an hour for 1 doctor is not intelligent. Save yourself the stress - please go somewhere else!!!!!!
