We rented a house to tenants for over 10 years. We let them decorate/paint and make the house their own. When we decided to sell, the tenants could not come up with the financing for the house. Then it was a nightmare for us and Jeff at the JP group. The tenants took light fixtures, garage, door opener, washer, dryer, pool pump, and a bunch of other items.
