The visit was 5 minutes long, charged my insurance company $93, was paid $51, and I was charged the balance. During the visit informed there was nothing he could do to help, yet tells me to come back in 9 months. Went to another doctor for a 2nd opinion and had an identical visit, same result. Yet the 2nd doctor DID NOT bill insurance or charge me. This is a money grab and bad business.
At the recommendation of my dentist, I used Dr Giller to help with a chronic problem with a tooth. He used laser surgery (LANAP) on the infected pocket. I was very happy with the surgery and, after several months, my tooth has felt great with no side effects. While we will continue to monitor this, I have total trust and confidence in his expertise. He and his staff are all professional and courteous. I would recommend him very highly to anyone.
Dr. Giller is a true professional. He was kind and patient at the consultation and managed to answer all of my questions before I even had the chance to ask him. His office staff made the experience of going to a periodontist more pleasurable. 5 stars for all categories. I am very thankful I was recommended to him and his office.
Dr. Giller is an experienced and excellent periodontist. I have been using him for over twenty years. His work and diagnostic ability is spot on.
