Very professional staff. Very attentive and the doctor went a step above and called me personally to see how I was feeling. I rate this staff and doctor way above a 10
I think it’s ridiculous. I have to spend $40 to speak to a doctor for five minutes to schedule a colonoscopy. All I had to do is schedule a colonoscopy.
Horrible experience with gastroenterology at summit health. Where to start off with this review. So apparently I received a text asking if I wanted to move up my appointment time. On my end it gave me one specific time that was the same as my previous appointment that was printed out for me. There’s never anyone picking up the phone or should I say it’s all voice operated. I’ve been seeing Dr Okun for years & he’s a very compassionate, caring and knowledgeable doctor. His identification & management of my EOE has been a complete game changer. Also for my son’s EOE condition as well.
