Only reason why they’re getting 1 Star is because Dr. Nelson was informative and professional. Otherwise it’d be 0 stars if possible. Dr. Nelson, your front office staff just earned you this bad review. I called to ask for information regarding closing my gauges. Of course the lady I spoke to on the phone said “we can’t be sure unless you have a consult.” Understandable.
