This Dr has gone above and beyond for my father. While consulting at the hospital, it’s rare I would actually follow up with a doctor as we already have these specific drs but with Dr Gordon it’s completely changed my perception on the possibility. He went out of his way as a consult of the hospital and acted like this was the only person that mattered. The schedulers in the phone were good. The nurse practitioner was good. Dr Gordon is a ghost. The last two times we asked to speak with him in the office, and he was there, and we were told he was too busy. Now, when my dad needs to get the catheter back in, apparently there is no physician in the office, the nurse practitioner is incapable of doing a bladder scan and placing a foley if necessary, which I am not sure why as they can write orders, and they want us to go down to Plymouth meeting for a bladder scan and catheter... read more
