excellent staff!! Dr Miller gave a Very thorough review of lab work and X-rays. He was personable, caring and professional. I felt that he took my set of circumstances seriously. He was very responsive to my questions and concerns.

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

office staff very unprofessional - would not let me speak to the office manager and yet my records were still incorrect. my medicine lists were incorrect dr. did not really listen to me....he just wanted pain meds ordered and a kemo drug...in Nov he said I did have the rhemotoid factor and now he says I do not. I do have artritis and my two hands are inflamed...but I fell and feel that this affected my hands. He said they were swollen...He said all my records were locked into his associates files. How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best Did this provider rush your appointment? Not too much, but somewhat Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions. Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud

Would you recommend this internist to others? Absolutely Not Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy

Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison!
