Very poor customer service, not acomidatig at all.. working on the road makes it hard to have a appointment to pick up your glasses. You can't just stop and pick them up, I will never go back, waist of money
Bought a new pair of glasses. The lenses are defective and I was told that the company will not fix them. Glad I didn’t buy a second pair of glasses.
I thought I was getting good care being in a big city like Grand Rapids. But we moved back here recently and I needed new glasses. Dr. Chadwick and his office staff are excellent. He explains everything checks and rechecks. I never had the expertise in GR that I had in Tawas. I love my new glasses and I can actually see to drive! Thanks Tara for accommodating me with an early appointment! I highly recommend Dr. Chadwick
