Dr. Caruso is patient and insightful. He has helped me through many seasons of health and illness…always listens.
Dr. Caruso will always get back to you if you need him to. He will always make sure you get what is needed. Appointments pretty close if not on time and he doesn't walk in and give you a 10second visit. He will ask you questions, answer your questions and make sure you are set to go. If a question arises after the appointment, call the office and his staff will set you up right away to talk with him or if not urgent he will get right back to you. Love Dr Carusso. He’s five star however, office staff. I’m not that crazy about. They don’t get back to you in time. You wait days for prescription, pharmacy calls them they never call the pharmacy back. He should do something about that Staff, it’s very frustrating! Not happy today! Also i need blood work done, where’s my prescription? Is it on my chart? I’ve asked this question & still have not received an answer?!!
Dr. Caruso is the best. Been seeing him for 15+ years. I trust him with my life.
