Everyone in the office was polite, professional, and efficient. Dr. Mayer was great. Unfortunately, we have seen multiple physicians and surgeons in the past. They all may have been talented, but they all seem to lack an ability to humanize their interaction with me. It was a clear relief and pleasant change to see him.
