Had endoscopy and colonoscopy great job by Dr. Marks but biopsies were taken called the office for my results nobody has not called me back the nurse us not that busy to not return phone calls Dr. Marks is great his staff is terrible

He performed a very difficult esophageal repair for my husband. He was completely professional, informative and friendly. He explained everything in layman’s terms before, we received updates via text during surgery and came out to talk with us after explaining everything very well. We just had our follow up appt in Beechwood. It was much less hectic than the the Hospital office for us. His nurse and office staff have responded immediately to any questions or concerns.

Do not use this physician. Very poor bedside manner. Extremely distracted, poor communicate. I had small hernia repair surgery and the incision was made to far from hernia. Hernia was not repaired, Dr. Marks informed me that he found and repaired a different one. He then added to my chart that I developed a new second hernia after he did surgery which was not true. Refused to admit error and showed me the exit when I began to cry. I will need to have a second surgery. Do not make the same mistake.

DON'T USE DR. JEFFREY MARKS. Day of surgery, he didn't bother to talk to me or my husband who went through hernia surgery with him. I went to the bathroom for approximately 1.5 minutes....he was too busy to wait. It is a week later and my husband is still having significant pain. He calls the office and asks Dr. Marks to call him. THE SECRETARY called him back and more or less said "Pain is normal." TERRIBLE bedside manner. TERRIBLE doctor.
