I had my first visit with Doctor Palmer this week and I had such a wonderful experience! He is so knowledgeable and his staff is so personable. I would recommend him to anyone!
Dr. Palmer and the entire staff at the office are some of most helpful and compassionate professionals in the business. They are always friendly and willing to help with any questions you may have. Their optical shop has so many choices and the prices are very reasonable and on par with other shops. If they had a lifetime membership I'd be first in line. I'm of low income with multiple mental issues to boot every time lve ever used their business they are excepting, kind and treat me equally as if l was a high income person.This has been pivotal in helping me cope when l am struggling & ashamed of my lack of income.
The website doesn't work well and is very out of date, logging in to order contacts is very inconsistent. You can only change your password and there is no option to log in with your email, so even when you have your correct email address and forgot your username, you can't log in at all. With that, being closed on Thursday's doesn't make things any easier.
