Made an appointment and doctor’s office called and canceled it twice and changing it a month out each time. Will not be using this doctor. Doesn’t seem to care about his patients if he continuously cancels appointments.
As a retired nurse I've always known Dr. Mark to be an excellent GI doctor. So when I was having problems with my gut that's who I made an appointment with. His background in conventional and functional medicine was just what I needed. I am very pleased with the results and his follow-up care feeling much better As we age our body doesn't always work the way that it once did and Dr. Mark is an expert in that field of medicine so I knew I was in good hands. Felt more like a scam then medical practice. They all were so focused on selling their inhouse medicine, but couldnt even give me a diagnosis. They charged me obscene amount of money up-front, then I had to call for weeks to get refunded since my insurance paid them. Their billing style is not normal. Giant waste of time and money. I do not recommend what so ever.
