I took my son to clinic and he saw Dr Manlove he was very kind and nice to us he scheduled surgery for my son on February 2023 am hoping to see him again.
Dr. Manlove was extremely rude and condescending. He spent about three minutes with me and would not answer my questions. He never even looked at me, and he treated me as though I was too ignorant to ask anything worth his time. He sent me for an MRI and never explained why, or what the results were. After I called for the fourth time, his nurse told me the MRI was fine but could not explain it, and neither she nor the doctor knew what to do about my persistent symptoms. We came to see Dr. Manlove for my brothers nosebleeds. When we went into the office at 9am, he couldn’t have had more of an attitude. Every time I had asked a question, he acted as if he didn’t want to listen or hear them. He answered in a very rude, attitude tone as if he was annoyed with me. At one point, he threw his hands up saying “you don’t have to believe me”. I was shocked and I responded with, Im just curious. Dr. Manlove couldn't have been more condescending. He consistently cut-off my wife who was doing her best to articulate our daughter's symptoms, and scoffed at any follow-up question she had about treatment. We're left hoping his immense expertise in diagnosing ENT issues was simply covered up by arrogance and desire to punch the clock so late in the afternoon. Do not see this doc. There are plenty of caring docs out there that take time to listen to their patients!
Dr. Manlove was amazing. Was extremely thorough, sincerely listened to all of my questions and concerns, and followed up to ensure I knew what to expect every step of the way. Would definitely recommend him to family and friends, and will continue to use him in the future whenever needed.
