Michelle is horrible. She kept saying they REQUIRED a referral and AHCCCS doesn't even have that requirement any longer. We got it anyway and took in personally because she said she wasn't getting the fax. She then schedules my family member 3 weeks out, even though he was discharged from hospital for sepsis due to UTI and he has been in and out of hospital due to same issue and problems finding a freaking urologist! Will be reporting to AHCCCS and all other main insurance companies. Unacceptable! Someone get her outta healt... read more
Dr wolk has done 2 procedures on me and everything turned out great I highly recommend him and his office.
We were referred by our GP, called several times over the last few months, no one ever answered the phone, left messages, never got a call back. Found a different urologist in another city. Maybe this place just does not need new business.
