No one answers questions and can't get a appointment
It is next to impossible to reach a “care team” by phone. I am scheduled for a procedure that my Physical Therapist requires before and after considerations in my scheduling activities and I tried for 2 days to get information. I was offered a call back which never happened and waited on hold for an hour only to be told a care team member would call back and leave the info on my machine. It didn’t happen. Instead I was told to call back. What a Joke!
Care team nurse is useless. You're better off just going to urgent care.
Extremely difficult to communicate with if you are calling in. It takes days to get a call back from a coordinator, assistant or doctor. Frustrating and time consuming for patients!
