Took my father to Dr Statland for a scheduled appointment. We were greeted and taken to the exam room fairly quickly. The nurse gathered my father's vitals and prepped him for the exam. We then waited in the exam room for an hour. Never saw anyone to give us an update on when we might see the Dr or to check on us. We decided to leave without seeing Dr Statland because we had other commitments. Totally unacceptable.
