the best sports medicine doctor in nyc !! Wonderful staff and facility.
I saw Dr. Gross for severe pain in my wrists and hands. He heavily implied my pain wasn't as bad as I was saying it was and thought I was there seeking pain meds. I don't like to take any sort of medications (I typically ride out a cold and a headache for as long as I can). I just wanted to start physical therapy as soon as possible and he was so dismissive. I wouldn't recommend this guy to my worst enemy. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR.
Totally unprofessional ! Asked me to reschedule coz I was 5 mins late and was not even ready to listen to me ! Said he only sees “first time” patients who are on time. Totally ok with him not being my doc .. came across as someone who has a bloated sense of self importance !
My Pcp referred me to Dr Jeffrey Gross for pain management and possibly an mri, as I was a victim of an accident, 8 weeks ago and still in a considerable amount of pain. I went for my appointment today, 10/25/2022 and whilst this facility i was seen at, was clean and I was seen immediately, the low rating is for Doctor Jeffrey Gross’ unprofessional and inhumane behavior during my visit.
