Dr Jeffrey Friedman is the best pain specialist in the business. I couldn't be more grateful to have been recommended to him many, many years ago. I definitely would be in a wheelchair or maybe worse. I have many different serious painful conditions and he is so knowledgeable about them and my needs and treatments. I’m not sure if it’s the office or scheduling but this place is genuinely TERRIBLE at returning calls for patients. My mom has only been here once but has attempted to call for her next appointment numerous times, to no avail. She has left messages to return her call, and yet it’s crickets. Not sure why that’s the case, it’s not like the office is that busy or, maybe they’re just twiddling their fingers behind the desk doing nothing. Changes appointment times on a whim without proper time given to patients to adjust. Bedside manner is horrible. Is always late for your appointment. He does not have time for his patients. Just yesterday I got a call changing my next appointments time on me. My appointment is today. I will now miss it due to this and my health will suffer as a result.
Due to my life internal chronic handicap. Dr. Jeffrey Friedman, MD who I have been associated with four over 10 years, in my opinion is the best in his field. Dr. Friedman, is kindhearted, listens to what you have to say, and is diligent in your total medical care. I recommend his practice through the mainline healthcare system to my family and friends. Office staff is very rude. I had an appointment, they had to cancel which I was okay with we rescheduled. Then I got a call yet again and the same issues they needed to cancel and reschedule. I was upset because it’s hard to make things happen when you work and have to make arrangements to be able to make appointments.
