I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Cox. He really listens to me. Explains things, and will find solutions and the right course of action. Many doctors don’t TRULY listen, I’ve witnessed that firsthand. Dr. Cox will!
The ladies up front who make the appointments do not have Dr Cox's schedule. Went there for a medicine check since I could not make an appointment with Dr Cox only to find out that they had me down for a blood pressure check and charge me $25 only to find out that I have to come in in order to get squeezed in with Dr Cox's schedule the following week doing nothing but wasting my time. Got my refund and left.
Excellent doctor. Concerned with your medical situation and will do his best to help. Would recommend at any time.
Dr Cox saw me in a pinch. He quickly worked through my situation and got to a conclusion. He then presented options to address my situation and we talked through those options until we had a plan. No one wants to be at the Doctors office but I was and Dr Cox gave me a high level of professional service.
