Feel as though once the fee is paid for services then there's no follow up. Emails go unanswered. Frustrating to deal with this when you are going through a difficult time. I've called numerous times and only get his assistant. "I'll pass your questions and requests along to Mr. Zimring" is what I get every time. Have yet to have anything answered or addressed for nearly six months. Just a run around now. Took sending certified letters of questions to him and also trustee and court to finally get an answer. Good experience overall. Mr. Zimring is very kind and seems to care deeply about his clients. He took care of a traffic ticket quickly and without issue. When there was a problem about one year later, his assistant, John, was extremely helpful and everything was resolved within a few days. Highly recommend!
