I recently filed an ethics complaint with the Oregon State Bar Association against Mr. Olson for abruptly abandoning me (and my case) in the middle of damages settlement negotiations with an insurance company. He had absolutely NO justifiable reason for doing so, other than the fact that I was asking him pointed questions about my case, which he became defensive about. Jeff was truly amazing. He took my case on with short notice before my custody trial and helped me get full custody of my son. I will continue to keep him under retainer and appreciate the friendship we have built.
Jeff Olson and his office support, Aaron, have been great to work with over the past two years. We have appreciated the communications, their knowledge and experience in dealing with issues such as what we were dealing with. We would recommend their legal services if you are in need!!
What a disappointment for a referral from the bar. This man doesn’t listen. He made a sincere sounding promise to accept case. When you ask further questions or ask for documentation about your case, he quits. I forgive him, he’s in need of retirement. He doesn’t care.
DO NOT HIRE (does not work on a 'Retainer'). Completely INCOMPETENT Lawyer!!! Did not advise me to settle 'Out of Court' when opposition wanted to. Did not present any tangible evidence in Court.
