Dr. Lord and his NP are very kind and attentive, but dealing with his office staff has been a nightmare. Nobody returns calls, nobody answers the phone - calls go straight to voice mail, billing dept is applying my surgery payment to some administrative fee and now I’ve overpaid but they won’t issue a refund. Although I’m very happy with the surgeon, the office staff has me not wanting to ever return. I had a minor complication after surgery and nobody has ever called me back. Not very reassuring at all.
DR. Lord and everyone that works for the office are beyond amazing. 2yrs out from my surg and my weight loss goal achieved. I am healthier and so much happier. Thanks team Lord!!
Dr. Lord is not just a great surgeon, but one of the very BEST surgeons in the Bariatric field. I did a lot of research and chose him for my surgery in 2016. I have a close friend and two family members who have also used Dr. Lord. We have all lost a tremendous amount of weight without any complications!
